ILP helps individuals and organisations improve the effectiveness and value of their learning initiatives. One of the ways we do this is by providing best practice professional development opportunities to Learning and Development (L&D) professionals.

Our programs are deliberately crafted to create rich learning experiences for participants. ILP programs are highly practical, covering universal training principles and techniques that can be applied immediately and with confidence in the workplace by participants.

All ILP programs are delivered by Certified Learning Practitioners (CLP) who have extensive industry expertise, real-life experience, formal qualifications and proven facilitation skills.

At ILP we continuously review our programs based on the latest research, emerging trends and by listening to industry needs.



Accredited Training

ILP’s Diploma of Designing and Facilitating Corporate Training (10368NAT) is a nationally recognised qualification for learning and development professionals who deliver non-accredited training.

The Diploma has been specially designed for experienced learning and development professionals who are responsible in designing and delivering non-accredited training solutions for business and corporates.

This qualification is ideal for trainers, facilitators and instructional designers who design or deliver non-accredited training and who are either looking to upgrade current training qualifications and/or do not currently have a qualification within the field.

Non-accredited Training

ILP offers a range of both public and in-house professional development programs on training facilitation, instructional design and learning transfer. Programs offered range from half-day to two-day workshops.

Short for time – also offered are Business Booster Webinars that help independent L&D professionals grow their business.

Throughout the year ILP offers a range of short professional development events, including ILP’s renowned GrowthCafes,

Growthcafes are offered free-of-charge to both Members and Non-members.



When you attend an ILP program or event, you will earn continuing professional development (CPD) hours in recognition for keeping your professional skills current.  CPD hours gained from completing ILP programs and events are automatically recorded.

ILP Certified Learning Practitioners (CLPs) are required to model excellence in the learning and development and therefore are required to complete a minimum of 30 hours each year to retain their CLP status.
