Diploma of Designing and Facilitating Corporate Training
The only nationally accredited qualification for learning and development professionals who don’t deliver accredited training.
This Diploma has been specially designed for experienced learning and development professionals who:
– are responsible for designing and delivering non-accredited training solutions, and
– need to ensure the intended learning happens and that application of the learning achieves the desired performance outcomes.
ILP is delivering the Diploma under Response Learning’s scope of registration (National Registration Code 30879) as a third party provider.
The ILP Learning Experience
The Diploma is a practical journey that will provide learners with a toolkit of useful ideas, methods and processes. It delivers a unique and powerful combination of content, facilitation and design, which is intended to set a new benchmark in the industry:
Our content is based on extensive and ongoing research into best practices in learning and development.
Our facilitators are of the highest standard, with extensive experience and proven expert learning facilitation skills.
Our designs ensure engaging and productive learning experiences and clearly demonstrate best practice in action.
